DESCRIPTION
ECONA series miniature thermal module is developed by Guide Infrared. It adopts exceptionally small size wafer level package infrared detector and basic image processing circuit to quickly obtain thermal images and heat distribution of the target area.
Thanks to the WLP technology, the ECONA series thermal module achieves super micro structure, ultra-low cost expenditure while offers greater sensitivity and superior image quality at an affordable price, enabling the customer to choose the most suitable type according to their own requirements.
ECONA series thermal module is oriented for small size, light-weight & low price (SWaP) infrared thermal imaging applications but still requires better image quality. Its super miniature structure and ultralow power consumption are convenient to be integrated into various inspection tools, smart devices, security monitoring cameras, handheld infrared thermal imagers or mobile terminals with strict requirements on cost, size and weight. Due to its fully optimized structure, ECONA series thermal module is popular and widely used in infrared thermal imaging applications such as Thermography, Epidemic Prevention, Smart Hardware, AIoT etc.
